Daylue is a date and home-screen widget app. This policy applies from version 0.7.0, which has no ads or in-app purchases.

1. Information on your device

Event titles and dates, repeat and reminder settings, widget appearance and display preferences are stored on your device. They are used for date calculations, event management, widgets and reminders.

2. Servers, ads and purchases

This version has no in-app accounts, company-operated event server, advertising or billing SDK, or separate analytics SDK. It does not send events or settings to the operator, request ads or query purchases or receipts.

3. Retention and deletion

Deleting an event removes it from the list and subsequent widget and reminder processing. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings removes local events and settings. This does not guarantee immediate physical erasure of every stored byte.

There is no in-app backup or cloud sync. The app is configured to exclude its data from Android backup and device transfer. The operator cannot remotely access or restore device-only events.

4. Protecting information

Events and settings are kept in Android app-private storage. Titles displayed in widgets or notifications may be visible to people nearby. You can hide titles and use your device screen lock when needed.

5. Contact and your rights

For privacy enquiries or requests to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your information, email yeodarim.co@gmail.com. We use the sender address and message to handle and respond to your request, and delete them once that purpose is fulfilled, unless retention is required by law. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information.

You can delete device-only events within the app; the operator does not hold those events.

6. Earlier versions and changes

Updating does not delete information previously handled by advertising or billing services, or Google Play transaction records. This version does not read or transmit legacy local receipt files; those files are removed when app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Check Google Play for earlier transactions and refunds.

We update this policy when features or data practices change and provide advance notice of changes that materially affect your rights.
